I went to bed at eight last night.

I know.  You just did a double take, you may have even refreshed the browser, or force quit your internet.  But I did, and let me tell you, it does nothing.  I have been going to sleep at twelve for the past month, maybe even months, and I do not feel any different.  I thought I was going to wake up with a smile and have bundles of energy all day, and I did not (to fill you in, I am probably one of the most tired, inattentive, slow walkers you have ever/have never met).  Maybe I need to continue the process for another week or so in order to see results…we’ll see.
